Dammon M. Frecker

Dammon Frecker is a Vice President at ESS Group, Inc. with more than 20 years of experience in energy and industrial facility licensing and compliance management. He routinely manages large projects that involve the preparation of comprehensive Environmental Impact Statements, as well as regulatory compliance plans for multiple media (air, water, hazardous materials, and solid waste). Mr. Frecker's particular expertise is in the area of air quality programs and regulations. He works with a variety of energy firms and industrial corporations to provide proactive strategic planning assistance in response to developing state and federal regulations. Mr. Frecker has been the lead on recent ESS biomass and renewable energy-from-waste generation projects.
Mr. Frecker tracks regulations stemming from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) for ESS, and has published papers and conducted presentations on other air quality related topics. He has previously served as an instructor for the EPA's Air Pollution Control Institute at Rutgers University and as a visiting lecturer at Tufts University. In addition to consulting, Mr. Frecker has worked in environmental and engineering positions at several industrial facilities within Massachusetts. His combined manufacturing and consulting experience provide Mr. Frecker with first-hand experience and unique perspectives for managing environmental compliance in a manufacturing or energy generation facility.
