In-House Civil/Site Engineering Support
ESS civil/site engineering is an integral part of our environmental consulting services. Our hands-on experience with regulations, construction methods, and commercial site operations produces practical strategies for permitting and design success. ESS also develops bid packages including plans, specifications, and estimates; provides bidding assistance; and acts as the client agent for construction administration and environmental monitoring and inspections.

Our team of professionals has a thorough knowledge of LID techniques, green building practices, and the principles of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System.
